As BJF’s flagship event The Charles River Jazz Festival continued to grow, so did the vision. After establishing a Board of Directors dedicated to connecting the Greater Boston community with the storied art form of Jazz,  the Boston Jazz Foundation-- a non-profit aiming to serve the marginalized artists of Boston and beyond who've been keeping jazz authentic and accessible -- was born
